Coldwater Engineering signed a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Union Pacific Railroad.  This contract lays out most of the terms that will be agreed upon in future work with UPRR.

After spending his entire career as an H&H consultant and developing strong relationships in the railroad industry, Terry Cowan founded Coldwater Engineering in March of 2016.  The Coldwater office is located at 21 North Last Chance Gulch in the Walking Mall of Helena, Montana.  Alex McDonald and Tom Askin, who worked closely with Terry under previous employment, were brought on as the first two employees.
